The exclusively furnished Staudachhütte was lovingly transformed into a stylish chalet in 2021, with great attention to detail. Offering around 130 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, combining generous space with the highest level of comfort and a truly unique living experience.
Since 2026, the offering has been complemented by the modern Staudach Apartment, located on the ground floor of our private house. Spanning approximately 45 m², it provides a cosy retreat for 2–4 guests, featuring stylish interiors and a distinctive character.
The chalet enjoys an idyllic setting surrounded by greenery and impresses with breathtaking panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps. In close proximity, you will find the Horberg/Penken ski area (Mountopolis), as well as a wide range of hiking and leisure opportunities throughout the Zillertal.
At the heart of the chalet, the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area invites you to spend time together – the perfect place to unwind after an active day. For rest and relaxation, five comfortable double bedrooms are available.
In both summer and winter, the terrace and the extensive meadow surrounding the property offer a variety of possibilities: whether sunbathing, barbecuing, enjoying a picnic or relaxing in the sauna – here you can experience nature and privacy at their finest. The high-quality, modern furnishings ensure that no wishes are left unfulfilled.
The STAUDACH Home Apartment stands out for its peaceful location, private entrance and well-designed layout: a double bedroom with an additional single bed, an open-plan kitchen and living area with a sofa bed for a fourth guest, a fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe area, bathroom with shower/WC, two TVs, Wi-Fi and many further amenities – ideal for couples or small families.
