Alpine Residence Zillertal

Our new Staudachhütte /Chalet / Alpinresidenz is located in an absolutely central and yet quiet location in the holiday region Mayrhofen Hippach.

Situated in the middle of green meadows, you can reach the village centers of Mayrhofen, Ramsau and Hippach in a few minutes by car. A walk takes you to the village center of Ramsau in about 10 minutes. It takes you about 30 minutes to the shopping mile of Mayrhofen.

The Mayrhofen ski area Penken is only 2-3 minutes drive from our house. The Horbergbahn - your lift to the Penken ski area is directly on the opposite side of the valley. The Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area in the Zillertal, is only about 4 km away.

Other ski areas such as the leisure mountain Ahorn or Hochzillertal can also be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. An absolute highlight is the Hintertux Glacier, which is the only year-round ski area in Austria. It can be reached in about 30 minutes.
